UPDATE 2:  I installed the Canon print app on my cellular phone.  Applying that application, I was able to scan on TS6420a.  So, no less than I are aware that the issue isn't really a hardware difficulty.  Continue to can not scan from my computer however.You will obtain an acknowledgement letter which might be utilized being a car donation tax
